Consultation has concluded
Overview
In early 2022, we invited you to complete a survey about advertising of food, drink and gambling in your local area.
We had a very good response and we are now repeating the survey one year later to see if anything has changed.
This is part of a research project led by the University of Bristol, with help from Bristol City Council and South Gloucestershire Council. The researchers want to understand how advertising of food, drink and gambling impacts and influences residents in their local area. We are looking at the effects of advertisements, including those aimed at children, on patterns of consumption and how these change over time as advertisements change.
Please click on the link below to complete this short survey. In the survey we will ask you questions about advertisements in your neighbourhood and whether you have recently used the products advertised. There is an option at the end to sign up to discuss this topic in more detail with the researchers, if you would like to.
If you need a a paper version of the survey, you can request one by contacting the Consultation and Engagement Team on consultation@bristol.gov.uk or by calling 0117 922 2848.
This consultation will close on Wednesday 5 April 2023.
