Overview
We are asking children and young people ages 0 to 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) to share your views about the support services in Bristol.
Your experience is really valuable to us. We will use your feedback to help us to improve services for you and your family.
The survey has been co-designed with Bristol’s Parent Carer Forum and the Supportive Parents service.
It will take about 15 minutes to complete.
