Go Jauntly walks
Go Jauntly is a free community-based walking and nature connection app that offers local trails for city dwellers seeking a quick dose of nature.
Based on a user’s location, simple photo guides lead walkers around urban areas and surrounding wildlife, from greenspaces to community gardens.
In Bristol, you can download all the local routes for free for offline use which is great for low-connectivity areas, conserving battery and helping to save money on data usage.

The Active Travel team can lend you a bike to try out for free. Trial a city/hybrid, folding or electric bike for up to four weeks to find out if cycling is for you.
Register for a free bike loan through the Travelwest team.

If you would like a confidence boost, you can also get up to 3 free cycle training sessions.
