The proposal is for a residential development on the Dovercourt Depot site in Lockleaze. It is currently used by the Council’s Parks department and Highways department for storage.
The development proposals provide between 120 – 150 affordable and market value homes.

Following some requests from local residents and Lockleaze ward members the consultation period has been extended until 16 April, to enable those who have not yet had an opportunity to respond to give us their feedback.
Why your views matter
This first round of consultation is to give the local community the opportunity to help influence the design at an early stage. Your comments, together with those from other stakeholder groups and organisations, will help shape a design option which will second consultation this summer. Following this proposals will be submitted for outline planning later this year.
