A survey ran for 4 weeks closing 22nd December 2021. This asked general feedback questions on proposals to improve Broom Hill Roundabout. In parallel with this Bristol City Council was undertaking some feasibility work on stabilising the Park Road and Frenchay Park rockfaces. This work has highlighted the bad condition of the rockface and the need to address it. As there was not significant support for a change in road layout to Broom Hill Roundabout, it was decided that the full funding would be used to stabilise the Park Road and Frenchay Park Road rockfaces and provide improved pedestrian facilities by widening the footways adjacent to them.
