Consultation has concluded
Overview
Bristol City Council Housing Delivery Service, is looking to redevelop a former garage court site, situated on the intersection of Clifton Road and West Street in Bedminster.
The intention is to provide ‘move on’ accommodation, enabling people who are homeless to have a home of their own, as part of Bristol’s homelessness prevention pathway.
Proposed design of the building:
Why your views matter
We want to reach as much of the community as possible – this project will be in your neighbourhood and we want your views to help us shape the design.
What happens next
This is the initial consultation on the proposal for Bells Close and when the engagement closes on the 19th July 2021, we will:
take your comments and suggestions and update the designs where possible
share the design with you again once it is more developed
develop and submit a detailed planning submission
give you a final opportunity to comment as part of the planning application process.
